The Specialty of Living shopping center is settled in the core of Dubai, in Barsha 2 – Umm Suqeim Street, traversing 50,000 square meters spread across three levels and highlighting a line-up of brands that incorporate newbies to the territorial market.
When looking more closely at the interior design industry in the region, the outlook predicts that the GCC interior design market will reach $5.2 billion by 2025. The region’s expanding population, rising urbanization, flourishing construction and real estate industries, and rising demand for eco-friendly and sustainable designs are all contributing to this substantial expansion.
